"The room and bathroom was clean, I think the rooms were remodeled. Hotel manager and staff were friendly. My biggest complaint is about the water in the shower - it was lukewarm and was told by the manager that they keep the temperature at 145 degrees so guests don't complain it is too hot. You have to stand directly under the shower head for a warm shower! I have never stayed at a hotel with Luke warm water to shower! Didn't like the breakfast choices - no fruit or anything for someone on a no-carb diet. I ended up buying my breakfast yogurt at the grocery and kept in the frigerator. Also refrigerator had a smell probably from something a previous guest kept. Could try putting baking soda in those frigerators. The TV stations were limited and only a few news stations, could not watch any shows or movies at night. Thankfully I brought my laptop and was able to stream some shows. Though the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, no restaurants (other than cracker-barrel) were within walking distance. Probably would not stay at this hotel again for me, might be good economical choice for a family."

"The shower wasn't super clean when I first got there. There are also several "workers" that live there and each morning when I went to breakfast it reeked of weed. But, the staff were helpful!"

"This place is unstaffed after 7:00 PM. I had a late flight in to Fort Myers, so I called ahead to make sure there would be someone to check me in and the associate I talked to reassured me that there would be someone available any time. When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. There was a piece of corogated metal in place of a desk clerk. There was a piece of paper taped to it with a number to call for check-in or emergency. It was 12:30 when I arrived. I called the number and was told that there was no way to check me in. No one could help me. I was out the money I paid for the room and left looking for a nearby hotel at 1:00 AM. Frankly, it was probably good fortune that I didn't stay here. The place was dirty and had that "no-tell motel" vibe. I think the owners of this hotel do not realize they are in the hospitality business... You need to be present to be hospitable. Cleanliness is not optional. It doesn't cost a lot to clean. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but even modest hotels should be clean and treat their guests... LIKE GUEST!"

"The property was very clean all around. It was very quiet and peaceful and very secure. The apartment where we stayed was really nice and clean. Our host (Brittany) was very helpful when we needed her.the pool area was clean the only thing I would like to see more umbrella for more shade. Overall we really liked our stay at Taylor we will surely recommend Landin to our family and friends"

"Everything was great! we loved that the pool was open until midnight and was a great way to unwind after a long day of running around with the kids. We will definitely be visiting this location next time we come down to visit our family."
