"My experience was ok in some areas but definitely have feedback for the hotel staff. The restaurant service was VERY slow--there were only a few of us in the area and it took over 45 minutes to get my food, and it was terrible food. It was not cooked well (I had seafood) so you can imagine what occurred. My second night, I needed to get to bed early so I could get to the airport knowing I'd experience delays and the hotel security kept coming up to my room and banging on my door for whatever reason. I finally called the desk after the second episode (I did not open the door) and asked if the hotel was on fire or something--otherwise do not disturb me with anxious security/staff. There was no valid reason for them to bang on my door--later finding out that there was a bag of old food outside my door and they wanted to know if it was mine--why didn't they just throw it away? If it was mine, I would have brought it in my room! The hotel accommodations were fine-clean without many amenities."

"Not clean. Had to switch rooms upon arrival because we walked into first room and it smelled of smoke. 2nd room wasn’t clean either. "

"Check in was ok . Not the greatest. Staff is quite stand off ish. My boyfriend and I complained about the tv not working as soon as we checked in and the front desk asked if it was a Samsung. One we said yes she went on to say “ oh they are giving us problems.” What does that even mean? Breakfast food was not cooked thoroughly and we were told only cash or room charge because the debit - credit card machine is out of service. Parking is horrible since it’s a parking lot shared with the Avis car rentals too. "
