"Absolutely stunning! Peaceful and quiet. Very well stocked with facilities. Breakfast available, but bring your own food otherwise. If you get to the North Deck and didn't see it, you've just passed it. Look to the right of the North Deck and proceed to the furthest gate to the right. It's a steep climb by vehicle to access. Not for the faint of heart, but well worth it! Spanish is an asset with the onsite attendant, however, the owner speaks English and is only a call away."

"The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. "

"The hotel staff were lovely and went out of their way to make it a very pleasant stay. My bathroom had very attractive modern features. "Excellent service as usual at Hyatt. Food was high quality and a wide variety of things available. Staff was service was excellent. Every staff member i interacted with was amazing. Parking is always a problem though as the multi level carpark seems to have all spaces labeled as "reserved". There were some marked spaces for Hyatt but all taken. Not a deal breaker though. "
