All the staff from reception , bar , restaurant and parking were all very helpful and knowledgeable. "Overall phenomenal hotel. Great breakfast and shuttle service. Only downside was property did not reach out before stay to coordinate shuttle pick up or explain how to get to hotel as it’s difficult roads there. Other than that we loved the place and would definitely go back. "

The food was terrible, there isn’t a shuttle to or from the airport as advertised it is actually ( it is $280 EUROS) each way. The shuttle driver to the main square the who helped with luggage was lovely but everything else was so disappointing and 2.5 star at best. The beds are terrible, the sheets are terrible, the breakfast and food is so, so bad we couldn’t even eat it. We are beyond disappointed and wouldn’t...
