"Location was great. Easy to get to off the highway. The bed was very comfortable.Room was clean except the carpet was filthy. I wouldn't go without my shoes on. It permeated the air and made it very difficult to sleep even after I went to the store, bought Febreeze and sprayed it everywhere. My husband did ask for another room and the associate at the desk, reluctantly offered one upstairs but said it was against hotel policies since they liked to keep the guests with pets on the first floor. Things are peeling and cracked and missing knobs, attachments, shampoo bottles should’ve been attached to the wall, but it had fallen off and still hit the attachments on them and were in the tub. "I honestly wouldn’t know because they couldn’t even find my reservation. Then when he did find my reservation, he told me he had no rooms that he would refund me the money. Instead of refunding me the money he ended up charging me again so after I got to where I was finally staying, I had to call them. It took me kind of getting rough for him to be able to refund both transactions."

If you arrive late evening from your work, the parking spaces was all filled and you’re forced to park at the Hotel’s over flow parking area which was very in convenient and time consuming if you had to bring work related equipment back to your hotel room . "We had two rooms 1 upstairs and 1 ground level and both looked recently remodeled and were very clean and everything worked. Lots of TV channels and comfortable beds. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again the next time im in town."
