"So upon arrival to Nuestra Casa I was very displeased. The pool was visibly dirty as well as the kitchen area. I spoke with a manager at their sister hotel Casa Oro and they were very accommodating and switched my room. My stay at Ana Lucia was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...

"Very nice little hotel. Beds were amazing and the breakfast included was great. The only downfall was they only offered fruit punch with breakfast and charged us $5 CAD for a tiny glass of orange juice "
