Staff as always are brilliant. Room was clean and tidy but was not ‘refreshed’ despite us leaving a tag on the door. The price of the room was astronomic because of the rugby .. seem unfair to hike prices in match days . Also £59 for a bottle of rose and two jamesons made me wince …

We had a lovely stay and all very impressive. Lovely building and the decor was tastefully done. The staff were always ready to please, nothing was too much trouble. I have one little niggle, there were no coat hooks by the door in your room to put your wet coat on, also no hooks in the bathroom ...
