"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

"This hotel has a lot of bad reviews and frankly I don't get it. The staff was helpful and friendly, calling us a cab at 5 am for our early flight. The room had very nice amenities including a smart TV, a toiletry kit, mini fridge and free water bottles. We had massive windows that overlooked the main road which yes of course was noisy but that's to be expected at an hotel right next to an airport. "From checking in to checking out, and everything in between, this hotel was amazing. If you are North American, the biggest bed is like a larger queen, not a true king but great nonetheless. The online pictures of the hotel are accurate. We didn't use the pool as our weather was around 20C but the views and deck are beautiful. This location is perfect to get to Pompeii. The commuter train is only 3 blocks away. For 3 Euros, you can go to Pompeii or Naples or Sorento. We took day trip to...

"Neat accommodations, but not really close to any points of interest w/in walking distance."

"Staff were amazing in all aspects. Extremely helpful and facilitated everything we needed. More clarity needed in the use of the Spa. We had booked intending to use the sauna and spa but this required a supplemental charge of €20 p/p per 1.5 hours."

"The area was in the industrial zone. Not a great area but close to the metro trains. You should see the out area before you book. The gym is closed, the patio deck also closed, a lot of Reno. Kind people but I would not stay there again. Bring your own water."
