I know that no one stayed in the room the night after he left because I spoke with the front desk. Terrible customer service at this hotel. I was told I would be called back and have yet to receive a call-back from anyone there. I was put on hold for a long time this am when I called for a second time. Sad, as the hotel was extremely expensive...

"While it is not a huge hotel, it had all the amenities you would expect from a nicer establishment. Our room was very clean, and I appreciated that the staff came by daily to ask if we needed any fresh towels or toiletries. The dining experience was also a highlight. The breakfast was great, the midday fresh popcorn was a nice touch, and the dinner offered was excellent. We also enjoyed the free coffee and soda available all day, as well as the three complimentary adult beverages provided...
