"We were stranded at the train station and the concierge helped us get a taxi to get there safely. Everyone was lovely, it was very clean and has a beautiful outdoor pool and dinning area."

"We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful stay. Our room had a balcony, which we really enjoyed for relaxing in the morning and evening. The location was great, with an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff were especially lovely and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again when visiting Marina di Massa."

"Guiseppina, front of house, breakfast maker and server, and generally the go to person was superb. Rooms quite small but adequate. Very clean. Good breakfast ( not cooked), for €8. EXCELLENT coffee/ cappuccinos. Bit of a walk into centre of town - 10 to 15 mins. Lucca is a VERY picturesque city. Plenty to see and do. Lots of good restaurants. We booked a guided tour of city on our first full day. Started from Tourist Office. Worthwhile. Good train service to Pisa."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"Ottima struttura, anzi direi eccezionale visto il rappaorto.qualita' prezzo rispetto ad altre soluzioni delle zona. Ben collocata di fronte alla spiaggia consente un soggiorno comodo e rilassante. Struttuta molto grande che offre molti servizi, in primis il posteggio, oltre a piscina, campi da tennis e padel, bar, ristorante. E' stata ristrutturata nel 2008 e dopo 16 anni un po' di manutenzione straordinaria andrebbe fatta. I bagni ampi, ma la doccia non e' il top. Altra piccola critica i piatti...

"From our room,15, the view was spectacular. I could lie in bed and see the sun setting behind Porto Venere. It's an older property but generally well maintained. Staff are like a family and will do everything they can to make your stay a good experience, as long as you are respectful. Maxes, Mario, Francescas, Petro and all the team were warm, friendly and fun. We went in spring and the jasmine was in full fragrance, so lovely. There's some nice restaurants just 50m down the road and another...
