"Everyone went above & beyond . The owner & all the staff especially the young woman managing the restaurant. The place is beyond cute . The owner is an artist . I stayed at resort the whole time to relax . I ate all my meals there & I am a foodie & they were all excellent. Something for everyone . My room was on the water with big glass sliding doors & A/C. Good for families & couples & singles of all ages . Wonderful."

The rooms were immaculate, the location outstanding, and they paid attention to every single detail to make sure that we slept well and were comfortable each and every day and night. "Great room overlooking the water with a nice comfortable covered balcony. Right in the middle of many bars restaurants and shopping. All of the staff were super friendly!"

But most important was the staff, Anna was the person who kindly attended to us and was fully available to meet our needs and willing to help with a tip or any other kind of inquiry I may have. Breakfast was freshly made by a young lady Janelle who also had a smile on her face. In summary really pleased with Tortugas B&B - great customer service - I will definitely come back again in future. Huge thanks again !"

"We stayed at Divers Paradise Boutique for tonights to enjoy the facility and diving. The breakfast was great in preparation of the Bocas Dive Center. The staff was very helpful was able to get us a water taxi to out charter boat destination. The five staff was very helpful since they are all connected."

"Great place to stay in Bocas del Toro, centrally located, with a shared kitchen and comfortable rooms with AC and hot showers. Thomas was very helpful in explaining everything about Bocas, including how to get to different places and what to do during our stay. The only downside was that some guests in other rooms were noisy early in the morning, which woke us up."

"Highly recommended. Probably can't do any better at this price in Bocas . The Grand Hotel Bahia is a Historic Hotel in the Caribbean style that is completely refurbished. The rooms are completely updated and very comfortable, and the hotel staff provides excellent customer service. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and is your great pizza place on the property"

"The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly...

"In der ersten Nacht befand sich eine Maus in unserem Zimmer. Wir waren nicht sicher, ob sie weg war oder nicht. Als sie am Morgen auf dem Nachttisch war, baten wir um ein anderes Zimmer. Wir erhielten ein anderes kleineres Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach nicht dem von uns gewohnten Standard. Der Zustand des Hotels ist ok, bräuchte aber auch wieder eine Rennovation."
