They had no bellhop to help with bags up the stairs at the front door. Upon checking out of the hotel we had to argue with the receptionist to get help with our luggage. Rooms are spacious and modern; ours had a sitting room, two TVs and a modern bathroom. There was an additional shared sitting area near our room."
