"I took my mother for her 75th birthday! It was such an amazing time. Our room was beautiful (2 bathrooms, jacuzzi on balcony, 2 entrances to balcony, seperated sitting room with another tv with privacy doors, soaking tub in room as well separate from shower )! The service staff were so very friendly and made my mom smile every encounter. The entertainment crew, specifically Xavier and Chacolate, were top notch and made the trip so very special for mom. "This start was great! Spring for the privilege package. It came with great perks. There were some areas of the resort that had some wear and tear from the salt and wind, but it was spotless and there were crews everywhere cleaning and painting and keeping up with the maintenance. The food was delicious, with many options. The entertainment crew worked hard and made connections with the guests all week. It was a perfect getaway!"

"Beautiful grounds, pool was great, had many different food options which were all good. Beach wasn’t great because of high levels of sea weed but that’s not the resorts fault. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable experience and I will definitely be returning "

"Aquarius restaurant staff is very friendly, specially Juanita. Had a problem at check out when I wanted to replace the payment from the credit card my husband had used for the reservation to my Visa debit card and my request was not accepted. Due to this problem I´ve written to the hotel, asking for this replacement"
