"Not too many vegetarian Dishes. Menu was only online. It would been better if you have a QR code at the front desk for the restaurant menu and also QR code in the restaurant tables so easy access to the menu. Just to find the menu was not easy. It was hard to find the menu online. You need atleast one person for the restaurants who can speak little English. It was very hard to explain and order food. Some night my friends were hungry because could not order properly. Hot tub was Luke warm it could be little hotter. Other wise it was excellent we were 8 adults. 5 out of 8 were vegetarian. Facility was great not over crowed. One morning we could not find the chairs on the beach and staff notices us that we’re looking for beach chairs. and staff immediately brought extra chairs and set us up. we were amazed with the service. "Not great value but fun for the kids. The property is huge. It’s a mega resort. Very well kept and staff were nice but it was insanely busy. Food was expensive and poor quality for the most part. Drinks were so so. Very inconsistent. Overall it felt like a mix of Vegas and Miami with lots of things for kids to do. "

"The air conditioning was great and effective for the humid climate. We had limited interaction with the staff, but everyone we spoke with was pleasant and helpful. There was a kitchenette (no stovetop) but only 2 glasses, two plates, and a wine glass. No silverware at all. When we arrived, ALL of the cabinets and drawers were wide open. As for cleanliness, the couch was extremely stained and underneath the cushion was crumby and sandy. The towels and sheets were clean BUT they do not give you a top sheet. All you get is a light blanket. (There were stains on the blanket, too.) We asked for a top sheet and housekeeping gave us one. The views from our room were AMAZING! The area was perfect for getting around and there are places to eat and visit the beach close by. For what we paid, we would stay again."
