"This was my third all-inclusive resort and my first trip to the Dominican Republic.
Overall, I had a good experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was surprisingly good, with plenty of options throughout the stay. The entire property was clean and well maintained, and Carlos was by far the best staff member we encountered—friendly, attentive, and someone who truly made our trip more enjoyable. The beach itself was nice and never felt overcrowded. We also booked an excursion that was a lot of fun and a great value for the money.
There were a few areas that could be improved. There wasn't food service available at either the beach or the pool, which would have been a nice convenience. Service at the swim-up bar was also slower than expected.
The biggest disappointment was the ocean. There was a significant amount of seaweed, and in some areas the smell was unpleasant. The sections that were clear weren't especially scenic, and there was very little marine life to see while snorkeling.
Despite those drawbacks, the resort itself was very nice, and I enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for a clean resort with good food, a relaxing beach, and comfortable accommodations, it's worth considering—just be aware that ocean conditions can impact the experience."
