"Awesome location and stellar staff. Persons like Eduard Rodriguez in the gym were amazing. The Cristian our butler was phenomenal and ensured we had everything we needed. The bartenders at the lobby were always amazing as well. There were issues with the television and mini bar that were unresolved. Neither functioned while present so it dampened the experience a bit. We were also unclear of all that we had access to as an all inclusive so we missed dinner opportunities and events. We had a luxury swim out. It truly made the view breathtaking. It was always at a perfect temperature. I wish I stayed longer."
