"You could see the years of experience those people have on treating tourists. They were so friendly and polite, very safe and a lot of variety of food, shops .. what stoked me most was the staff and service at hyatt. when you are asking the staff to tell you were things are, they would not like just tell you but accompany you all way to the right point. "This was our first stay at the Guanahani, after having previously stayed at another perfectly lovely hotel in St Barth's, and we could not have been happier. The staff were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, quick and accommodating - from locating and delivering our lost luggage, to renting a car, making (and changing) dinner reservations, supplying us with water and a cooler every time we left the property, etc. Special shout-outs to Simon at the reception, Julie in the main restaurant, and...
