"I had a pleasant stay at this property. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The pool and spa were clean and relaxing, providing a great place to unwind after a long day. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness and excellent customer service. I didn’t experience any major issues during my visit. I would recommend this property to other travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay."

"The resort is beautiful and well maintained. There were numerous issues with our room when we first checked in, so they moved us to a slightly larger room with a better view. They called to check up on us a couple times to make sure everything was ok. The room was lovely and luxurious. The only signs of wear are some carpet stains in the hallways. The food is great but incredibly expensive. Most things were incredibly expensive at the resort- just buying sunscreen broke the budget. We loved the pools and other resort experiences. We loved our excursion arranged by the resort. We weren’t planning on leaving the resort to shop but it was so expensive that we ended up going to the straw market downtown instead. The resort grounds are beautiful. The beach is lovely but small for the amount of guests, so it felt a bit crowded. Definitely recommend renting a daybed to guarantee a comfortable seat. It was a fun, beautiful place. We will be financially recovering for a while."

"Cons No microwave available No laundry/dryer on floors Trash disposal throughout was scarce- had to walk around with items rather than have a convenient trash can 🗑️ somewhere No courtesy continental or full breakfast BUT onsite restaurant available Went across street or short walk to hot delicious breakfast (no one had creamers☺️(my crutch) so I settle for hot chocolate from Starbucks (in the lobby along with a few upscale shopping venues LOVED - ambience - def adult vibe - entrance elegant and pampering to a warm relaxing adult mature atmosphere 💓 so many nooks and spaces to get lost in - pool area BEAUTIFUL- 4 pools cabanas that lead directly onto BEACH.. pool bars in room ordering Loved the expectation of suggested dress “code” I.e cover up while inside.. NO SMELL OF smoking OF ANY KIND was a welcome relief!! The STAFF TOP TIER GOLDEN - just helpful in every way- directions - suggestions on sites etc. Parking about $30 daily Make sure to be exact on the amount of days - refund for days not used has been/a challenge to get (pending) So many areas of the hotel - including the casino to enjoy-relax or just get lost!💃"

"Great staff, pools and the food was surprisingly great. The worst was the time share people being pushy and trying so hard to waste your time. Saying no 100 times to the “tour” was only met with them being nasty and saying the “young Haitian boy won’t get breakfast, you’re already here what will it hurt” but even the better staff earned it would be over 3 hours if you allow them to take you. Finally got such a young property much of our is beat up. With ask that said it was a great time with great food and staff and an amazing activities group you just can’t let the time share folks and beat up buildings get to you."
