We had to ask to be on the same floor and then we were put in rooms away from each other. We then asked for a conjoined room and had to switch rooms after two night to get the conjoined room. If two rooms are booked to accommodate the party size they should be combined rooms. The bath tub faucet in the first room leaked and dripped the two night we stayed in the room. ...

"We absolutely loved our room and used the kitchenette daily which provided all the essential items needed to cook. Property is within walking distance of Eagle beach and we made use of the palapas and lounge chairs. Service staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. We plan on staying again when we return to Aruba. "

Every employee went out of their way to say “hola”! Service was second to none and done with a smile. "This was my 3rd stay at The Cove since Atlantis opened (I’ve also stayed at The Reef). The property is generally well-maintained, but showing some wear and tear with age (e.g., mildewed stucco, tattered beach chairs). The room was well-maintained, although the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (stray hairs that were not mine) and semi-dirty toilet. Because I travel with Clorox wipes I was able to wipe everything down to my satisfaction and opted for towel service vs daily cleaning....
