"Jose was our our guide throughout the entire stay. He was an WhatsApp message away and answered within 10-15 minutes. Anything we asked he had an answer from asking for more pillows to a dehumidifier in our room. We had an issue with our air conditioner in our room. It was fixed within 2 hours. The entire staff was great from room service, bell boys, waiters and waitresses. The spa was great and very reasonably priced me and our wife received a 55 minute couples massage. It cost $280 which is substantially cheaper than other hotels we’ve stayed at in Punta Cana. Night life was fun and not overwhelming. Pools closed at 6pm but that didn’t stop the fun. Nightly shows and there was an amusing karaoke night. Spent a lot of money handing out tips to a great staff. While we were leaving our prepaid shuttle was very late to pickup and staff ensured we still got to the airport in time. If I could give 6 or 7 stars I would. Majestic mirage was our best Punta Cana experience yet. Jose is a real one."

"First off, this resort is massive! They have trolleys going around about every 5 mins which helped out with all the walking. We arrived 2 hrs early but was allowed to check in early. Right after checking in, we went to concierge to make reservations for the restaurants but they told us that every restaurant was already fully booked til the 14th and were leaving on the 13th. We went the next day to see if we could at least find a restaurant to go to on the 9th since it was my daughter's birthday. Thanks to Katherine for getting us reservations to Coral restaurant and was also able to get my daughter a cake. Heidy at concierge was also helpful and got us reservations to Santa Fe Steakhouse and Kyoto after being told that all the restaurants were fully booked. The room is a little outdated and needs a little TLC. Our shampoo/ conditioner holder fell off the wall and the light fixture in the shower also fell off on our 1st day. We told front desk and someone came to check it out but didn't fix it. The room was cleaned daily and mini bar was filled daily as well. Overall, our stay was ok but if I'm ever back in the DR, I'd probably try out a different resort."
