"I LOVED this hotel BUT we never saw a single staff member in our 2 night stay. Check in and check out was done virtually. Upload all your information and they will send you your unit and code. Unfortunately with travelling I missed that info. It did say they had check in during regular hours so I didn’t worry about anything. "First thing…this is not a hotel in the standard sense…more like a hostel with a shared common area. if you want more privacy you may be ok with one of the stand alone casitas. Also our room had no hot water except a suicide shower so just be aware. Check-in was more like a condo with a key box. not really a big deal just wasn’t ready for that. "We had such an amazing stay here. The room was the perfect size for me, my husband, and our two children, spacious, comfortable, and very well kept. Everything throughout the property was extremely clean, which made us feel right at home. The pool was a standout, super clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated.
