"l'air climatise ne marchait pas nous avons dormis a 25 degré. la porte de l'interieur de la chambre de bain était ronger par l'eau et vallonnais et aussi était pas trop propre. Mais le pire le lit était déffoncer et creusait du centre. Je suis gestionnaire pour Desjardins , plus jamais je vais amener mon équipe. "

"Horrible stay: we stayed 5 days and they informed us on arrival that there was no cleaning service. There is only one employee at the counter and he/she was rarely there, average wait was 20 minutes before someone showed up. The manager Martine was horrible, always on the defensive, went as far as suggesting we would have had better service if we had booked directly with them rather than with Expedia, forgeting that if it werent for Expedia, we would never have heard about the hotel. Never going back, will be in Quebec City in two weeks and have booked at Best Western. "

"8 weeks I've spent here and when I asked for A\C because it was 26 degrees in the room I was told "just open the window" and that it wasn't his problem, this will be the last stay here and moving on I will be going elsewhere. The breakfast is ok, in the 8 weeks I've been here it improved. The parking is fine, one staff in particular needs to work on his people skills (the Monday evening guy). The rooms are ok too. "

"Les chambres étaient très propres et bien entretenues. Le personnel serviable et a l'écoute du client tandis que le petit déjeuner était bon. Café a volonté dans le salon et l'infrastructure est très utile ( piscine, gym). Très très bon hôtel surtout pour des couples avec enfants. Pour mon prochain séjour a Québec je reviendrai dans cet hôtel avec plaisir."

"Étant donné que l’édifice était en rénovation, nous avons vraiment cherché beaucoup les installations comme le gym et la spa extérieure. Nous aurions aimé aussi avoir une douche au lieu du bain avec la douche téléphone. de plus le fait de payer 20 $ et d’avoir des emplacements de stationnement assez serré. Nous avons trouvé ça un peu cher. Le reste était super. Merci beaucoup."
