"We stay there 2 to 3 times a year. We love everything about it. Just name it, and it's excellent. The only thing that may be less than excellent is the bed height—a little too tall for my elderly mother. We'll kind of for me too, since I'm a short guy. But that's our issue. We love the place. We will continue going there."

There was another couple there who encountered this problem as well. We waited in the lobby a half hour for our room to be ready. "

The office even smells musty. Water preasure in the shower is awful. Absolutely awful ! Especially for over $200 a night!! "

The property is right next to the highway, however it was very quiet and we were surprised to not hear any noise from the highway. The pool/hot tub area was perfect. Nice mellow but upbeat music, perfect temps and delicious food/drink options. Bed was comfy, room is adorable with a mini electric fireplace. We plan on staying here anytime we are in the area. "

"Hotel Cheval is a wonderful hotel that is beautiful, intimate and relaxing. Each room has access to the courtyard that has two large fireplaces, cozy sitting areas, a classic library space with a candy bar. The free breakfast is fabulous. The hotel is right in town so close to the center square and all the restaurants. The Pony Bar, which is part of the hotel has a great atmosphere and music at night. The hotel is pricey but but well worth it. "

"Great relatively new hotel in Paso Robles. Clean modern rooms. Three dining areas. The second floor outside bar is especially nice. And the perfect downtown on the square location. My new go to place to stay in Paso"
