"The staff went out of their way. I dealt with 3 different people and they all treated me like I was a 5 star hotel client. Haven’t stayed in a Holiday Inn in years staff like that makes me wonder why not. "

"Hyatt House was the perfect place for me to stay after my flight in to Sacramento for work and then again the night before flying home from this trip. The free airport shuttle was great (it runs every hour and departs the hotel on the hour). I love my room because it has the essentials like a comforter bed, great shower, mini refrigerator and complimentary parking. The staff was friendly and it was nice having a late night dinner option so I didn’t have to worry about where to get a meal after a late night flight."

"It would have been nicer to have some complementary water in the room like at many other hotels. Even one bottle would have been nice. There were tea packets and coffee packets, but no water to make them with. "

"I did not use internet but room was clean ,staff was professional ,and everything was fine i stay hrre every couple weeks its cheap descent breakfast and safe "

"Something to know about this hotel. Being so eco-friendly their thermostats don’t really work. It shows one temperature in reality its much much warmer. Also their mattresses are way too soft and there’s no alternatives. Other than that, the staff is nice and friendly and overall hotel is pretty clean."

"The Hotels. Com site said there was a 24 hour shuttle. When we got to the airport at 11pm, I just called the hotel when we got to Baggage claim and they told me where to go outside, told me the color of the van and how long it would take for them to get there. It worked out perfectly. Our room was brand new, lovely, with great pillows. The breakfast was a nice change from the usual, with flour and corn tortillas, a southwest condiment bar and carnitas alongside the regular breakfast fair. It was wonderful"
