"Window left open without a screen, room full of bugs, fridge doesn’t work, no vents/fan in bathroom, covers worn, no chair so can’t finish work with any sense of comfort, buttons in elevator not lighting up, fire extinguisher out of date in hall outside our room which I checked because of the faulty wiring in the room, chargers would go on and off"

"Positive: good value, great continental breakfast, friendly staff, decent place to spend the night after a long drive in between states heading to Montana from California . Ice machine was a plus. Negative: Vanity counter wasn’t cleaned -dried up lotion on the counter . Freezer had frost and crumbs - gave it the appearance that it wasn’t cleaned. Refrigerator racks appears too old - they’re cracked showing the metal that appears rusty. Fitted sheet had very light stain. Time to invest in a new...

"The location of the hotel is convenient, near the highway, and shopping, dining. The kitchen with a full size fridge is sufficient to allow us to prepare our lunch for our hiking during the day. Breakfast offers great selections of both hot and cold items. My girls particularly love the egg drops and biscuits with gravy. The gentleman who is minding the breakfast area was attentive and so helpful. He noticed that I was getting the foods for my family and he offered me a tray to ease my tasks....

"The front staff were terrible at their job. The bathroom floor was full of hair, the tub looked at though somebody had gutted their Elk in the room, stained tub floor and more hair in the shower. The ice maker was making a horrible noise and the front staff said "it isn't my problem and I can't do anything about it, the maintenance person has left for the day". I would not recommend this place to anyone. They say "The newest hotel in Elko" but that doesn't make it nice, clean or a good place...

"The room and parking lot were both clean and well maintained. It is in a safe location, and convenient to drive thru and sit-down dining. No continental breakfast, but the drive thrus are nearby. I wish there were 2 soap bars, one for the sink and another for the shower, as the shampoo and hair conditioner pump bottles were the only things in the bath/shower. The check-in and check-out were quick and pleasant. My room, on the first floor was quiet. I felt very safe here. The pillows were comfy...
