"I ordered the suite just for jacuzzi tub and Jacuzzi tub was broken, fentanyl was on bathroom floor. Tried to call office, and landline was in room but not connected, as though it was a nostalgic art piece to the room, no actual value to it, no possible way of hooking up either. I went to the office to get a different room because the only reason I rented the room was for the jacuzzi tub my front desk person tells me that all of the jacuzzi tubs you don't work. "We had a great stay at the holiday inn Carlsbad. We were met right away with very friendly staff and a well kept lobby. Our room was clean and set up like you’d expect. We used the pool and hot tub and I was happy it was heated and clean."

"The place was seriously so cute! Old style cozy home! Love the vouchers they gave us for restaurants in town and the bed was super comfortable! The only downside was the place wasn't super clean, the toilet wasn't washed and there were leftover shampoo bottles from previous guests."
