This was honestly just a very poor hotel and wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. The check in was an easy process but once in the room it smelled old and dusty/smokey which was weird for a “smoke-free” hotel. The room was clean and had everything it listed besides the coffee machine was not working because it had a piece missing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I kept waking up through the night with back pain which is uncommon for me as a deep sleeper. The pillows were also very flat. The next day we were woken up by someone pounding on the door to clean the room and even opened the door before we were able to answer it. We let her know that we were barely waking up and also needed some more towels. The housekeeper stated she would be back later and we left for the day. Upon returning, we found two towels on our bed but the room was exactly how we had left it, no housekeeping had been done and we had to make our bed and empty our trash ourselves. This wouldn’t be a problem for me however when staying in a hotel that offers housekeeping, it would be nice to have the room clean when we return after a long day especially because it was included in the price. The laundry unit was very troubling as well because the washers weren’t working properly and I had to go back and forth with the staff to get help. Upon check out at 11, the housekeeper was banging on the door which made only gave us a few minutes to throw our stuff in the car and get out.
