"Our party included my elderly parents, sister and nephew. First, the airport train dropped us off directly across from the apartment. From there, it was an ease to get in and out of the place with check in instructions sent via email and text the day before. The 2 bedroom space is plenty for us as we're out roaming around all day (I had no problem at all sleeping on the sofa bed). The location of the Venders is top notch where we could walk everywhere. "What an absolute gem! Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and in the perfect location for exploring the heart of Copenhagen. The staff were beyond friendly warm, helpful, and always smiling. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and relaxed. It’s rare to find a place that feels both professional and personal, but this hotel nailed it. A true home away from home. "This was one of my families favorite stops on our Euro trip! The staff were very friendly and helpful and there were endless games for us to play. We had a great time hanging out in the lobby and playing games together. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious! Public transportation was a short walk away and easy to navigate. I only wish the room had a fridge. Otherwise, it was great!"
