Delightful boutique hotel in great location, walkable to everything. Delicious continental breakfast each morning with lovely pastries, spot-on service with a smile. No air conditioning which was not a problem at all, windows in rooms open to beautiful fresh air. Quaint and cozy little rooms with a retro vibe, free use of bikes. Loved my stay and will be back.

The hotel is super cute in a great location. You get champagne upon arrival, they have specials nightly which is great we were just disappointed there were no parking spots for us nor anywhere else they could offer for our car besides street parking. When paying as much as we did a night I'd expect a parking spot. The rooms are VERY small but super cute and quaint. The breakfast is good in the morning, minimal but worked for us

Le Petit Pali is a charming property, well located in Carmel by the Sea. Our hotel room was comfortable and fairly well maintained. It had a charming French ambiance and offered an amazing, complimentary breakfast. We had no difficulty finding parking on the property, which can be a problem at other locations in the area. All hotel properties in Carmel by the Sea have become very expensive for the quality of the property and Le Petit Pali is no exception. All this being said I would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The room was tiny with only five hangers in a nook/coffee bar in the bathroom. No A/C. The location was great. Our first floor room had no privacy. The window sheers were worthless, so we had to keep the room-darkening shades closed at all times. Breakfast was basic continental. Service was great.

We loved our stay here. Staff were super friendly, room was super trendy and comfortable. They had a bar tended in the lobby which was super awesome because we were able to take night-caps back to our room. They had a full continental breakfast, as well! This is really a motel with great branding. It is on a very loud corner. Our room was over $1,000 and it was not remotely worth it. The staff is very nice and there is a good breakfast but our room was directly on a busy road, next to the ice machine and we heard loud road noise, people accessing the ice machine, and doors slamming loudly all night. A terrible and very disappointing stay. Since I booked through Expedia, the hotel would not reimburse and I can't get through to Expedia customer service because my booking is in the past.
