"On site restaurant food was not good. Took a long time to get food and when we finally received food, it was cold. Parking spots are not wide enough. Cars are parking on top of each other. My truck was hit by a car and they left without saying anything. No exterior cameras to see who did it. Neighboring room had a full blown domestic going on. Had to call security."

"The room was clean, lobby was clean but the staff is why I'd go back.
I goofed and checked in a day after my booked day. I entered the wrong check in date when I was building my booking.
I get there and the front desk made it feel like it wasn't a problem, and had my room still ready and just moved my check in-check out date.
They made me feel like I was a 10 year guest and not just passing through.
I'm staying there again when I'm in the Del Mar area."

"Our stay was wonderful and incredibly restful! The property was well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The food was delicious, with a great variety of flavorful options to choose from. The pool was very clean and well cared for, making it a relaxing place to unwind. Overall, this is a fantastic place to relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and take advantage of the nearby beach. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again"

"Overall a good experience. The room was large and well stocked. I did find some hair in the bathroom but wasn’t a big deal. The restaurant was severely understaffed, that’s the only place to get a Starbucks coffee at the moment with the cafe market being renovated and it took close to 30 mins for two coffees. One person in front of us. The shop is expensive but good if you don’t want to leave the resort. The pools were nice and staff was so friendly! Would recommend to friends and family."

"We loved our stay here. From the moment we walked into the lobby for check-in, the staff at the front desk were super nice and professional. After we checked in, he informed us of breakfast hours (M-F 6-9 am, Sat-Sun 7-10 am) and pool availability. Our room was exceptional, clean, and spotless! "We did book 2 rooms . In the first room , one of the pillow on the bed was smelling dog poop and we could hear the smalls dogs from the room next door barking like crazy. In the other bedroom , the trashes were not emptied when we arrived . The A/C was not working . Finally , the pool was freezing and the heater was not working for the pool and SPA . We won’t return there ."

"I actually really enjoyed my stay! Everything was tip top. Very very clean and the beds were nice & comfy. A plus was also that they had a mini fridge and coffee maker I👌most hotels don’t provide that anymore. Can’t forget the shower. Omg! One of the best showers Ive had in my life hahaha the shower head was AMAZING! The onlyyyy con was the parking. We have a big family SUV and couldn’t fit anywhere BUT the staff helped accommodate us and it worked out great! We will definitely be staying here...
