"Great accommodation in a perfect location for the city. Lovely breakfast next door at Madness cafe. The hotel had very accommodating staff. Early check in of luggage offered and storage on checkout. Room had windows that cancelled noise on the street. Only complaint toilet seat in room 4 not great "

"The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent close to the harbour, beach, restaurants and shops. Breakfast selection is good but having to stand at a coffee machine in a queue for poor coffee did let breakfast down and it was very busy. I would stop again but wouldn’t book breakfast as I prefer a quite relaxed breakfast with nice coffee. "

"Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. ". The hotel definitely needs updates. Staff was OK. They should inform you better about the parking reservations because on their website shows they have parking on site, but it’s just for people that reserve the parking and there is no way to reserve the parking through Expedia as well so they should advertise me a little bit better room wasn’t that clean I’ve been to hotels in Alicante, that was cleaner this one was definitely not it in the shower didn’t function correctly.
