"Was very surprised how nice the room was and the kitchenette, full size refrigerator and 2 electric stove top burners."

"My stay at this location was extremely disappointing and, at times, felt disrespectful. I only get to see my children twice a year, so this trip was very important to me. Unfortunately, even my kids noticed the lack of cleanliness, asking, “Do they not clean rooms here?”—which was frustrating, especially after I had requested room service multiple times without results. To make matters worse, there were renovations happening in my room during my stay, which was both disruptive and unacceptable....

"I've stayed here at this location several times as my son is stationed locally in the US Marine Corp. I love this location, my only request would be to work on your elevators. During each stay, it would seem that only one elevator would be working. This makes for slow movement for all of your guests and pushes the limit of the working elevator if overcrowded."
