When the tram is running its easy to get to downtown at moment buses do the journey from nearby square, easy wak.Mainland Ferry terminal is very close by, cautioun though if you have a big luggage take a taxi the 60 steps up to the road are a good climb."

My husband was finally able to speak to the owner which stated that she as having issues with this property and she would put us up at her other property up the street. "Palazzo Bibbi is wonderful! A boutique hotel with superb new rooms, good breakfast and wonderful staff. The Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi is not too far away - a kilometre-long pedestrian thoroughfare with lovely shops, restaurants and bars to while away the night. The plus for me was the nearby station - not necessarily the loveliest, but a god-send when I had to make a quick get away in the morning. Palazzo Bibbi is a rare gem of luxury - to which I will return in the coming years."

"The property is set in the heart of the shopping district of Reggio Calabria 5 minutes walk from the beach, in a historical building that can only be described as absolutely stunning. The building is palatial internally and externally with many original features immaculately maintained, with large wooden doors, marble floors and a gorgeous stairway leading from the courtyard to the rooms.
