"The gentleman at reception is gruff and needs to be more friendly and understanding with his weary guests as he seemed more interested in his phone. The hotel itself is simple and the decor deliberately so, with ex army cupboards etc in our room while the restaurant is dismally decorated. Breakfast is basic."

"Parking was convenient. Room was clean although never serviced throughout the 6 day stay. We did not partake in the breakfast which we felt seemed overpriced for what you get (although in fairness Geneva is pricey).
