"We loved the hotel and the extra help from Robin at the first desk made all the difference. He gave helpful advice for things to do while in Geneva, loaned us some power converters to charge our electronics, and helped with a reservation for dinner. "

"All the staff were warm, pleasant and efficient. We had an issue with a noisy neighbour room and it was dealt with immediately, and with a follow-up. A Nespresso coffee maker was offered and delivered to the room when we saw those pods in the housekeeping trolley. Breakfast was good, usual fare for a 4 star hotel, and many options. "
