"We had to pay for parking $20 a night. Our shower mob broke and we were asked if the shower would be used because he didn’t know how to fix it. I had to strongly say yes the shower was need as we had excursion planned. Finally it was fixed but it took some time which put us behind schedule."

"Would not recommend this hotel ever. Staff is unhelpful, and not knowledgeable. Laughed at my questions. Didn't feel like I could even walk barefoot in my room. Wasn't given my VIP perk and had to ask for it. Pool is a glorified bathtub. "Free drink" - but they don't tell you it's only at the restaurant at the top of the hotel. Didn't even feel safe. There were people fighting in the street and could hear cars revving engines all night. Two moths also roomed with us."

"This was listed as a Radisson 3-star Hotel in downtown Denver and turned out to be the Plaza hotel which was not a three-star hotel it was something that should not be open. Parking was abysmal and I'm disabled so the property was terrible for me and there's no one to help. I was originally put on the third floor instead of the first one when I was also traveling on escorted except for a pitbull who was supposed to be welcome there but there was no pet area and it was dangerous. "The staff were extremely friendly and competent. The OG was a great breakfast spot. The pool was more for wading or getting wet, not even minimal swimming - but good for kids! The hotel is right next to McGregor Square with food and an enormous, scoreboard size big screen that showed FIFA games, Formula 1, and movies (Project Hail Mary while we were there). Expensive, but so convenient to Coors Field."

"Loved the balcony/patio. Staff was friendly. Would have been five stars, however, they slapped a surprise $100 on my credit card. They explained this was some kind of fee that is paid outside of Expedia. I had no problem with that, it would’ve just been nice to know and not find out by surprise when reviewing my credit card statement. I was told I should have been informed at check-in, however, I was not. I put my credit card down for incidentals, and there was no mention of any additional fees...

"A great hotel, but I have to say that $64 a night for valet (There appears to be no self park) and the "Resort Fee" at hotel that is not and does not offer "Resort" level amenities is over the top. The resort fee is clearly because Denver/CO allows them to do it, so the hotel takes advantage of the opportunity to nickel and dime you for an extra $30 and change a night or offer you a price that is $30 a night less and then get you in the fine print.
