"Sweet place to stay"

"Entire place smelled of smoke (lobby, halls, room, sheets), the front desk staff was smoking right outside the lobby doors, hotel numbers were written on the walls, loud music playing from other rooms all night, did not feel safe at all with questionable people/activities going on. Expressed concerns with hotel and Expedia. Checked out after first night. They refused to give a refund. Would not stay again."

"I actually never got to stay there. I booked the room because our Amtrak train was delayed due to weather and we weren’t going to make it to our original VRBO rental. We spent that night stuck on the train. After a 20 hour plus delay (37 hours total on the train), we finally made it to Denver. I called the hotel to make sure we could still check in at 7:00AM.
