"The Cairn Hotel is a lovely hotel in a great location, with friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. Whilst my room wasn’t en-suite, my private toilet was 2 steps across the corridor - not big deal, but remember your key otherwise you're locked out of your room Dinner was excellent from a well appointed menu, I had the haggis lasagne which was very well presented, generously portioned, and served efficiently. The room was very cosy and warm and clean extra pillows very nice shower also had dinner food was outstanding staff were very helpful and attentive to any request we had amazing big playground for kids spotless to pool gym. I couldn't fault this hotel staff will go above and beyond to make sure ur needs are met. "The brakfast and dinner was amazing, more than 5 stars. The huge parc was amazing too. The house with the sea view is perfect. The service was incredible good. The only thing I complain about is that the rooms and bathroom need to be renovated in his right old furniture style."

"We had a lovely short stay at Macbeth’s Hillock. The cottage was clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. We mainly stayed there overnight while travelling, but I also cooked dinner there, which worked very well. The location is peaceful, close to local sights, and right next to a farm with beautiful sheep, which made the stay feel even more charming. A very pleasant place for our short stay."
