"We had a lovely room with a large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The town lost power but we still had hot water which was awesome as it allowed us to have hot showers in the morning. They also made arrangements for a complimentary hot breakfast our second morning when the power was back on. Holly was excellent and enabled us to check in even without the power. "Had a very nice 2-night stay at Loch Long Hotel with my daughter and grandson. On arrival the reception area is very bright, modern and welcoming. The man on reception is extremely polite. After reading some really negative reviews I wasn't expecting much but was more than pleasantly surprised by how nice it actually is. We stayed in the family room, which is small but adequately eqipped with a double and single bed and bath. The room was lovely and warm,bedding was very clean and the hot water...
