"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Even if you have to pay an extra £60–£100, I would strongly advise choosing a different hotel. Here are the reasons why: Upon entering our room, we noticed black mould and strands of hair in several places. The room did not smell fresh or clean. The bed and pillows also appeared unclean, with hairs visible on the bedding. The corridors leading to the room had an unpleasant smell, and the carpets looked dirty and poorly maintained. "What a gem of a place to stay. Right on the shore of Loch Lomond with stunning views. Everything you could possibly need for a stay in a spacious room. Yes, you can here small amount of noise from above but we would not hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely fabulous"
