"The staff were excellent both in the reception and the restaurant. Although the menu could be refreshed I had the chicken soup from the special board and it was delicious. The place is a little dated but my room was great and very clean. I would say that the coffee pods could be added and not to be paid as an extra.
I would recommend a stay here."

"I was shocked how poor this place was after booking it seeing a 9.4 rating on it. It's that really old motel-like vibe. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's just a convenient short overnight sleep."

"Historic hotel, reminiscent of Fawlty Towers, complete with winding corridors and creaking floorboards. Has retained a lot of its historic character. Our spa room was comfortable with a veranda facing the ocean. Very good, quirky bistro."
