"Property was lovely but room was far too hot and winter duvet on bed in July so had to take duvet out of cover. There was no Aircon. When we arrived room wasn't ready and we had to leave luggage in an unlocked room which didn't feel very safe"

Violet was extremely welcoming and helpful with parking, checking in and recommendations. There’s no breakfast yet, but they do have a deal with a place nearby for 10% off. I’d recommend staying here."

"This is a great place to stay with a pub close by owned by the same family. The lodges are beautifully designed and well furnished. The main bedroom is very spacious with a generously sized bed; the bed settee was also used during our stay and made for a very comfortable night’s sleep. "The coffee machine in our room was blocked with limescale. Useless. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The toilet brush was missing. No air conditioning in the room. Otherwise, the bathroom and the room were very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful."
