"The building combines two hotels - Dona Manuela and Puerta de Sevilla. The staff were excellent in the check in process and explaining the building layout. Fruit, coffee/tea were available in the lobby to the guests. There was also a lovely sun terrace on the 3rd floor with lots of seats and tables to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. "Good breakfast, clean room. We just had a few let downs as it was a birthday get away and the little touches such as a surprise cake, bottle of fizz on arrival etc werent provided. Suggest bringing own iron as we were told there werent enough for every room so would need to request each time. Only shampoo and shower gel provided, the one time we didnt take conditioners or body lotions. "
