"The hotel location is amazing, walking around the centre of Milan on foot .
The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It has an outdoor area which is very nice to sit, have a tea or drink while experiencing the vibes of via Torino street. This is my second time in Ariston hotel and definitely if I have the chance to visit Milano again I will choose the Ariston hotel again"

"The property was very spacious and the location was great. Checking in was a bit of a challenge. You had to call a local number to be buzzed in. We were able to get an alternate number on what’s app. The air conditioning was good as well. The listing is inaccurate. You only get housekeeping if you pay extra it was not included with the price. The beds were very worn out and hard. We also had a bug issue which was resolved but took some time to address. No real apology from the staff for the...

"Stay away!! The place was bad, check in was miles away without taxi's due to construction in the streets, the freezer was broken and when we checked in had ice and water all over the kitchen floor. The host said they could send someone the next day, then our hot water went out and we had to get another hotel just to shower in. I have stayed many places in Milan and this host and management company is terrible."

"A nice hotel close to the city center(duomo). Hotel is nice overall though the rooms are quite dated, especially the batroom ( toilet seat ) need replacement and sofa chairs leather though provides character to the room but the chair needs replacement.
Room service is quite up to the mark, nice and efficient service"
