"Very disappointing experience. The hotel looked completely different from the pictures advertised. In the photos, the building appeared yellow, fresh, and well-maintained, but when I arrived, it was gray, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was also an unpleasant smell that made the experience even worse.
I booked based on the pictures and expected the hotel to look like what was advertised. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what I expected. The hotel needs serious improvement in...

"None of the rooms have a closet, iorning board, or iron.
The fake wood floors were dirty in our room.
You have to ask for fresh towels and maid service.
The hotel location is good. Close to good food and the airport. Too bad the rooms are so so.
Because of the airport, you'll hear every morning jet roaring for a north departure. Starting at 6am."

"Overall the hotel was dated and dirty. We arrived late which could have explained the hallways being dirty. However, we were assigned a room where someone had been smoking in the room. We changed rooms. And the RT had been was a lot better. The staff was amazing and did what was necessary to make the situation better."
