"Hotel was new and not run down. We stayed 3 nights and towels were changed once, bed was never made or linens changed during our stay. Biggest problem was lukewarm showers for all 3 days - this was the same for our room and the rooms of 3 other guests we knew staying in the hotel too"

"Room was okay. Basic. In-the-wall AC/heater unit. Housekeeping skipped stopping by and restocking coffee and trash once. One coffee pod given per night for 4-cup machine. Most annoying part was us getting there and our room being ready, yet being charged a $25 fee to check in “early” after a long travel day. "Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest.
One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

"The room was very clean, including the bathroom, which we appreciated. The beds were on the smaller side, and the walls are fairly thin, we could hear neighbors arguing around 3 a.m., although that’s not really the hotel’s fault. There was also a noticeable smell in the room, I can only describe it as an old bar smell, like stale beer and cigarettes.

"The motel was close to the highways.

"The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work.
