Absolutely beautiful hotel. While room is small and bathroom cramped the bed was comfortable and the room clean. Lightimg could be improved. All in all An enjoyable stay

The whole place was spotlessly clean, the hot water was consistent and lovely, plus the staff were awesome. The continental breakfast was a little limited but there was coffee!!

Dirty, unsafe 30 year old or more ripped up carpet with huge stains everywhere on it in the corridors (hallway to all rooms. Toilet barely worked with a loud high pitched whine lasting 4-5 minutes, bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine rumble when turned on, tv didn’t work except for one channel. Bed frame was rod iron and not attached to the wall or floor with bed slats loud creaking every time we turned over. Carpet in rooms 30 years plus old, green, dirty. The ice machine on the first floor leaked all over the tile and was never cleaned up. Rooms were not cleaned or fresh towels brought in. Only thing that was ok was the bedding and towels were white and clean. Mattress was comfortable. We rented the two rooms there because the Hardman House is named after a family that lived there many years ago and I thought my family would like that it had history and I was born in Carson City. NO manager. DON’T STAY IN THIS DISGUSTING DUMP. EXPEDIA GET THIS RAT TRAP OFF YOUR SITE!!!!!!!!

The bed was very comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel is non smoking, which is wonderful. We would stay here again if we are ever in Carson City again.

Its a good hotel. Bed is comfortable and it was fine. Water took forever to get hot, phone didnt work, shower head was super short, im 5'6 and I looked over it. Coffee machine was dirty, breakfast was from 6 to 9 so we didnt eat, I'd stay again overall. Worth the price not really...

Carpet in rooms was very dirty & old, sheer curtains torn & ripped, bathroom old & in not best repair. Hot & cold water not working correctly in tub/shower or in sink. Beds where clean, comfortable with down comforter but to soft for me. Asked to get a upper floor when I checked in bat attend said other floors could not be cleaned at this time. Ice machine & drinking fountain broken. They had ice water with cups available.

No hot water, No AC , door got locked from outside and couldn’t get inside for hours. There was only one person working in the busy morning during breakfast time and didn’t even have the tool to open the door. Met 2-3 families in the lobby that were complaining about all the same problems that I mentioned. Never booking here again.

As soon as we arrived they informed us the AC was our in the entire building. When asked if they could discount the room since we drove for some time and just wanted to relaxed. The rude young man tmat the front desk with painted fingernails and piercings said absolutely not. I rebuttal and said in that case I need a dull tefund. Luckily my family and myself found a decent place to accommodate us for the night. This place is old, dingy, carpets all tore and lloknlike they been there since the 40's. We were on a two week vacation and this by far was the worst hitel of all the ones we visited. New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, California and Arizona. Dont let the pruce sucker you into this rat trap.

The property had no ac for the 4 day. No hot water for showers you had to turn it off the back on the back off and on several time to get clean. The second day they came in and turned of the cold water to the sink saying it was leaking never fixed. Bed bugs was getting bit every day. The ice machine didn't work. Told me no pet what so ever couldn't bring my sevice dog trained for seizure, that was probably trained. as we left they let someone bring a none trained dog in that was running up and down the hallway and in other people rooms.

The staff was kind, the rooms were clean, the continental breakfast was simple but good. But I will never stay there again until they fix the bldg. the AC didn’t work luckily we were able to open our window and their was a fan but I know other rooms windows were taped shut. the hot water for the shower didn’t work unless you want a bath then it would be a fast one. They had a leak in the bathroom sink so they turned it off so there was a trickle of water. We had to help a couple their security lock had closed on them after they shut their door and no one helped them. There was a dog staying there barking every 30 seconds. The ice machine worked say we left. 3/5 lamps didn’t work. Heat lamp in bathroom constantly was on they unscrewed the light bulb to turn it off. The sinks were cracked. It is definitely an old bldg needs repairs.
