"The hotel was in a great location, the staff was amazing—-the rooms itself could have been cleaner but I tried to sanitize and clean up things I saw. The third night we were there we woke up to a huge puddle of water in the bathroom, I told someone about it and they asked if we wanted to move rooms but it was our last night. We just used towels to clean up the water. Not sure what happened. Overall, I would stay there again, nice location—-close to everything."

"Excellent customer service, beautiful hotel and about a 20 minute walk to Disney (however at the end of the day from Disney, 20 minutes seems far but they offer shuttle service)."
