"I like the view from the room. When I got off the taxi there was no one to help with the luggage. And the reception desk is on the 12th floor that was weird. The staff on my arrival weren’t friendly. Again after registering there was no one to help with our luggage or to take us to our room. My husband and I were celebrating our birthday and they brought us a slice of cake for our birthday to our room."
