En ascenso

Casa Alpha mejora año tras año. Llevo 3 años hospedándome en este hotel y siempre veo un aumento en la calidad. Para aquellos que vamos al Hay Festival es la mejor opción, por precio y ubicación.

The plumbing had problems, there was no window in our room and the staff didn't wake us on time for our flight. But the worst problem, and this was Expedia's fault, is that the address was wrong (street) on the Expedia website. The cab driver took us on a half hour ride trying to find it.

Ótima localização e custo benefício

Hotel limpo, silencioso, muito bem localizado, funcionários muito cordiais e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Cama confortável, ducha boa. Ótimo custo benefício. Só não consegui usar o secador de cabelos pois estava emprestado a outro hotel. Por ser um item barato sugiro que o hotel tenha mais de um.

O quarto dava a impressão de ainda estar em montagem: sem criados-mudos nem cabeceira da cama. A água do chuveiro era fria (o que não é grande problema em Cartagena). O box era enorme, com o chuveiro em uma extremidade, perto demais da parede. O local do café da manhã era aberto às intempéries, o que foi um problema numa manhã de chuva. Achamos que a maçaneta da porta estava emperrada até descobrirmos que ela abria para cima (!). A impressão geral foi de boa intenção, mas execução improvisada e amadora. Limpeza impecável.

A localização é excelente. As pessoas que lá trabalham são extremamente solicitas e educadas. O hotel é muito limpo e está sendo ampliado. O que pecou foi o café da manhã muito espartano, o quarto também é muito pequeno e a água do chuveiro com muito pouca pressão.

Extremamente satisfeito

Funcionários muito gentis. Chegamos as 11:30, check-in apenas as 15hs, mas imediatamente permitiram nossa entrada no quarto. No dia do check-out como o hotel estava cheio, não foi possível fazer o late check-out, então deixamos as malas na recepção e fomos passear por Cartagena. Ao retornar, no começo da tarde, o hotel ofereceu um banheiro para que tomassemos um banho antes de ir ao aeroporto, o que é muito importante em Cartagena, devido as altas temperaturas.
